line1 step one

Prepare field by removing dew and firming soil using turfroller.

line2 step two

Mark sprinklers and valves using pin flags.

2

line3 step three

Top dress at a rate of 26 tons (approx. 1/4 inches) per acre.

3

line4 step four

Aerify 2 inches O.C. x 5/8 x 3-4 inches deep using mechanical aerator. Aerifying thru the top dress sand helps get it into the existing soil profile.

4

line5 step five

Float sand and cores to fill in low spots and minor imperfections in grade. Using a turffloat in a circular pattern will break up cores and mix with top dress sand while depositing excess material in low spots.

5

line6 step six

Roll out any surface irregularities and re-firm soil with turfroller.
